- 본 연구는 기독 중년 우울 여성에게 성격적 상담을 적용한 사례들을 분석하여 그들이 회복되어 가는 과정을 밝히고자 한다. 연구의 대상자들은 기독교 신앙을 가지고 있는 중년 여성 8명으로서 연령대는 40대 초반에서 50대 중반이었다. 본 연구에서 사용한 방법은 본 연구자가 개발한 통합적인 성경적 상담 실제 모델이었다. 통합적인 성경적 상담 실제 모델은 기존의 성경적 상담가들의 이론을 통합하고 연구자의 임상경험을 바탕으로 새롭게 구성한 성경적 상담의 방법이다. 기독 중년 우울 여성이 회복되어가는 과정은 통합적인 성경적 상담 실제 모델 내에서 설명되었다. 참여자들 중 5명은 라포 형성하기, 자기 인식과 수용하기, 죄인임을 고백하기, 권면 수용하기, 성령의 역사로 변화하기, 성숙하기의 과정을 통해 회복을 경험하였다. 8명의 참여자중 3명은 중도에 탈락하여 회복을 경험하지 못하였다. 회복한 참여자들의 우울 회복 과정은 참여자가 자신의 삶을 하나님 앞에 내려놓고 하나님께 예배를 회복해 가는 과정이었다.

- The purpose of this study was to identify the depression recovery processes of christian middle age women through the integrated biblical counseling actual model. The subjects of this study were middle-aged christian women who were about early-40s to mid-50s. And the data was based on 8 integrated biblical counseling cases. The integrated biblical counseling actual model was developed by integrating the theories of previous biblical counselors and being based on the experience of this author. The recovery process had been explained within this model. The five subjects recovered through 6 stages; rapport forming, self-understanding and acception, confessing “I am a sinner”, accepting the biblical encouragement, changing with the help of the Holy Spirit, and maturing. The process of recovering from depression is not solving the causes of depression, but laying down before God and restore worship. The thress subjects were failed to recover from depression.
