청소년 목회를 이야기 할 때 우리는 언제나 비행과 연관 짓거나 부정적인 상황과 연관을 지어 연구하는 것이 대부분이다. 그러나 청소년 상담목회라는 이름으로 다루어질 본 연구는 청소년기의 특성인 소외, 위기, 갈등으로 휩싸인 질풍노도의 시기에 있는 그들에게 안주할 수 있는 도피처를 제공해주고, 사랑하며, 안정과 평안을 얻게 하며, 한번 밖에 없는 이 세상에서의 삶을 후회와 탄식으로 얼룩지지 않도록 이끌어 주며, 하나님의 나라와 이 세상에서의 필요한 복음의 역군으로 이끌어 주려는 시도이다. 우리는 흔히, 일부문제 청소년들이 밖으로 표출하는 행동을 보고 청소년기를 문제 삼으며, 청소년들로 하여금 소외감과 위기감을 갖게 하면서 내면적인 문제에는 둔감하다. 본 논문은 삶의 문제로 고민하는 청소년들을 이해하고, 청소년 에게 가장 중요한 사회 환경, 학교환경, 가정환경을 중심으로 청소년과의 관계를 살펴보고, 교회를 중심한 청소년 상담목회에 대한 방법으로 그 순서를 잡았다.
Whenever someone discusses about youth ministries one can easily relate the study to delinquencies and negative situations. But this study with youth counseling ministry centers its view otherwise. Adolescence is a rough period filled with neglect, crisis and conflict. Youth counseling ministry can provide the means for comfortable refuge, love, stability and peace to those in need. It also strives to lead them to a better life that doesn`t involve remorse or lament in our lives that we can only live once and finally to guide them to be a messenger of the gospel that is required by our world and the land of God. People usually force neglect and crisis to the youth by impeaching rogue behaviors that are observed only in a limited number of adolescents. However, those people are also often impervious to the innermost problems of adolescents. This study focuses on the issues stated above in following orders. First, understanding the youth who are worried about the problems in their life. Second, examining the relationships around social, school, familial environments which are crucial to the youth. Finally, using youth counseling ministry centered in church.
