이혼문제는 서구사회의 문제일 뿐만 아니라 한국에서도 심각한 문제이다. 이혼에 대한 가치관의 변화, 여성의 지위의 향상, 인구이동, 핵가족화, 소득의 증대, 여성교육의 향상 등과 같은 사회적 배경외에도 메스콤의 영향과 인터넷 사용이 보편화되면서 채팅을 통한 이혼과 가정파괴도 사회문제로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 현대가정들이 안고 있는 이혼으로 인한 가정해체라는 심각한 문제의 치유가 필요하다. 가정해체의 요인에는 여러 가지가 있으나 그 가운데에서도 본고에서는 이혼으로 인한 가정해체에 대한 상담학적 접근을 하고자 한다. 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이러한 사회적 현상 속에서 가정해체의 비극적 원인인 이혼의 원인과 이혼이 주는 영향들을 문헌연구를 통하여 살펴보는 것이다. 둘째, 교회 안팎에서 제기되는 이혼으로 인한 가정해체를 막기 위하여 이혼에 대한 성경적인 가르침은 무엇인가를 살펴보고, 이혼을 생각하는 사람들에 대한 상담과 이혼가정의 자녀상담 및 이혼을 극복하는 방안에 대하여 기독교적인 관점에서 상담학적 방안을 고찰하려고 한다.
Recently, the high divorce rate has been noted not only as a problem in the Western countries, but also a significant problem in Korea. Better understanding various reasons for and impact of divorce and exploring an approach to address the high divorce rate is critical in strengthening modern families. This paper has two aims. First, it analyzes possible reasons for and impact of divorce by critically reviewing current literature. Second, it presents a Christian counseling perspective on divorce and provides practical considerations for counseling individuals who are considering divorce, and for children whose parents may be divorcing. Areas for future research and practical considerations are presented.
