초록 보기 이 글은 자살을 생각하는 사람이나 자살을 시도한 경험을 가진 사람을 어떻게 상담할 것인가에 대한 것이다. 자살자를 위한 상담은 먼저 공감적 경청을 통해 피상담자의 상황을 이해하고 동감하는 것이 중요하다. 또 피상담자의 마음에 존재하는 인간의 죄성인 자기사랑, 원망과 불평, 죄책감의 문제를 직면하도록 도와야 한다. 이를 통해 삶의 방향을 이웃과 하나님에게로 향하게 하고, 청지기적 삶의 태도를 지향하며, 하나님의 영광을 위해 살도록 권면해야 한다. 피상담자는 자살을 통해 삶의 문제로부터 자유하려는 생각을 끊고 감사와 기도생활, 그리고 봉사하는 성격적인 삶의 태도로 변화될 수 있다.
The paper deals with the way the counseling of thinking suicide or an attempted suicide. In counseling for the client thinking suicide, first of all, it`s considered to be important to understand and agree to the client`s situation with sympathetic listening. Counselor should also help the client face the critical problems in his mind, such as narcissism came from sinful nature, resentment and grievance. Through this kind of biblical advice, counselor should direct the client to live for neighbors and God, live with Christian steward spirit, and live for the glory of God. By this, the client can be changed to quit thinking of suicide that may make him free from problems of life, and to make a Biblical living with thanksgiving, prayer and serving others willingly.
