<한국어 초록>
본 논문은 기독대학생의 자살생각과 시도자, 그리고 과거 그런 경험으로 현재까지 힘들어하는 자들을 성경의 조명 아래서 이해하고 상담하며 교회 현장에서 할 수 있는 상담적인 방안들을 강구하여 건강한 하나님의 자녀이자 미래 교회의 중추적 구성원이 되도록 지원하는데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저, 자살생각과 관련된 선행연구들을 바탕으로 기독대학생의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 요인인 우울, 가정 및 부모, 자아상을 성경적인 관점으로 정리하였다. 살펴본 결과 모든 요인은 하나님을 믿는 믿음과 관련이 있었다. 그것을 바탕으로 가정, 교회, 상담 현장에서는 기독청년들에게 성경을 기준 삼아 바른 신앙 교육과 상담을 통하여 하나님의 형상을 가지고 하나님의 뜻에 합한 자로 이 세상을 사는 자녀가 되도록 인도해야 한다.
<영어 초록>
This paper aims at helping to understand and counsel, in biblical light, those who have conceived or attempted suicide, or are suffering from such problems. This also seeks for an effective way to counsel people so as to be faithful sons of God and key members of church. First of all, having supported by previous researches, we have categorized from a biblical point of view into depression, relationships with family members and self-image which are likely to affect Christian students to conceive suicide. In result, it turned out that all elements of their depression, the relationship with family members-especially parents and, self-image are closely related with their faith in God. Finally, we conclude that we need to teach and lead Christian students at home, church and counselor`s office according to the standards of the bible so that they live their lives in God`s image, on God`s will and purpose.
